DepotOps at Gulf Container Terminal
Container administration, EIR generation, LOLO tariffs, gate-in/gate-out for GCCPL in Karachi.
Case studyWe're a Karachi studio. We build depot systems, freight platforms, and automation for clients in Pakistan, the UAE, and Australia.
Apogeu in Lisbon, Express Connection in Dubai, Trans Logistikz in Karachi. We wrote the code and we still run it.

Who We Are
CloudOrdinate is six engineers and a designer. We don't take marketing sites or WordPress fixes. We build depot software, trade platforms, and internal panels for companies that move containers, rice, or freight across borders. Most depot software we've seen is a spreadsheet with a login page. Ours isn't.
What We Build
We run the terminal system at Gulf Container Terminal. EIR generation, LOLO tariffs per shipping line, gate-in/gate-out, thousands of containers a month.
PHP and PostgreSQL panels, REST APIs on Hetzner, role-based access for depot staff and shipping line admins.
LLM pipelines for customs docs, freight enquiry bots on WhatsApp, approval routing wired into your existing ERP.
Figma handoffs for depot gate screens and trade dashboards. We test with your warehouse staff before we ship pixels to engineering.
